Mandarin Garden Hotel has the right to grant membership status and decide on the benefits and service that the members of Mandarin Elite may enjoy.
Mandarin Hotel has the right to change, limit or cancel program rules, regulations and rewards at any time with or without notice.
Mandarin Garden Hotel has the right to end the Mandarin Elite program by providing written notice to members six months in advance. In that event, your right to earn points, benefits and rewards should end six months in advance. In that event, your right to earn points, benefits and rewards should end six months after we notify you.
Mandarin Elite program accepts only individual citizen above 18 years as its member; none of any corporation, organization or entity is eligible to become its member.
Mandarin elite membership and level will be accepted and continue on condition of required stays or bill. Membership will be revoked if you did not stay or bill at Mandarin Garden Hotel over a period of 12 months. In that event you will lose all your points and will not be entitled to the benefits and services. Only your stay or bills at Mandarin Garden Hotel will help renew the membership status once it is revoked. The points, however, shall not be re-awarded once they are revoked.
To apply for the Mandarin Elite membership, the applicant consents to Mandarin Garden Hotel using any personal data supplied in connection with any program for marketing purposes, and consents Mandarin Garden Hotel supplying such personal data to any other parties or partners for such purposed. The personal data shall be used for administration, room service, marketing and communication purposes. The applicant may be reached through mail, mobile, telephone, fax and email.
The folowing bills are not included into points: the rates of long-stay rooms; the room rates paid by travel service or booking service; the payment of meetings and weddings; the bills of telephone, fax, shopping center, vehicle and other special items.
Mandarin Garden Hotel reserves the final right to explain the terms and conditions.

Only nights personally stayed and individually billed at Mandarin Garden Hotel are credited toward Mandarin Elite membership.
The members of Mandarin elite program will get 1 point for each eligible Yuan RMB billed by himself or herself in Mandarin Garden Hotel Any of the non-personal bills, service charge, tax, tip or awarded benefits shall no be translated into Mandarin Points.
To achieve Mandarin elite Membership status, 1 qualifying night must be stayed at Mandarin Garden Hotel, or a total of 800 Mandarin Points must be earned. To achieve Mandarin Gold Membership status, 28 qualifying times must be stayed within a calendar year at Mandarin Garden Hotel, or a total of 58000 Mandarin Points must be earned. Mandarin Garden Hotels reserves the right to modify the above terms concerning upgrade.
The consecutive period between check-in and check-out is defined as ONE STAY. Any check-in on the same day of check-out will not be counted as another eligible stay.
Mandarin Garden Hotel will examine the membership status every year to determine the membership status for next year.

Mandarin Garden Hotel may provide alternative benefits and services to those listed in this brochure, depending on local policy and availability. The non-awarding benefits and service will not be rewarded in Mandarin Garden Hotel.
Members of Mandarin Elite program can enjoy the benefits and service only when they pay by themselves and provide their membership number either at reservation or at check-in.
Mandarin Elite members, Mandarin Gold members and Mandarin Platinum members are entitled to a whole set of benefits and service. |
